How do you quote for your moving service?

Our moving services start with a personal touch. We offer to visit you to meet you and assess the items you wish to move to your new home. After evaluating the volume of goods and the journey between properties, we provide a personalised quotation. Once you secure your move with a deposit, your moving date is scheduled and confirmed.

There will be a delay between moving dates, what do I do?

Worry not! This is not uncommon, if we are made aware of this in advance we can prepare accordingly and keep your goods safe in our storage facilities until the onward delivery date. Sometimes there are also further delays, that’s ok too, we understand flexibility is key and can extend storage of your goods until your new home is ready.

Can I access my items whilst they’re in storage?

Yes! Access to your belongings is available by appointment and one of our team’s friendly faces will always be there to greet you and be on hand for something should you need us.

Do I need to take out insurance for moving?

Additional insurance cover is essential and the client’s responsibility when transporting or storing specialised and high-value items, as our insurance does not cover these. It’s important to arrange appropriate insurance to ensure your valuable belongings are fully protected. Additionally, it is the client's responsibility to pack their items securely for transit. If you prefer not to handle the packing yourself, you can hire us to complete it properly. This is the best way to ensure your items remain secure while being stored and transported.


Do you have a large team?

We have a dedicated core team for day-to-day operations and an expandable team for larger moving projects, with additional vehicles available as needed.

Can you provide international moving services?

Yes we can! Often, our regular team venture cross-territory, plus with some further international moves, we collaborate with our trusted colleagues who specialise in handling relocations to further destinations.

Where is your warehouse located?

We are located in central Almancil, behind The Works print shop. Our address is on our contact page, plus you can find our location on Google Maps.

What are your payment terms and how do I pay?

To secure your moving date and quote, we require a 50% deposit, with the remaining 50% due on or before the move date. For our storage packages, payment is made monthly in advance. For transport services and house clearances, payment can be made on the day of service. Long-term vehicle storage is also payable monthly in advance. We accept payments via bank transfer, MBWay, Revolut, PayPal, or cash.
